To be eligible for return, your goods must be unused and the conditions are the same as those you receive. We don't accept any open meals. To complete the return, we need a receipt or purchase certificate.

Re-pack your items with packing list
Mail your order back to the address provided in the invoice.
Please contact us after delivery.
Once we receive the package and the item has been verified, we will refund the full purchase fee and notify you by email.

Goods damaged or defective
If the product is damaged in any way after receiving, please contact us immediately. If possible, please provide details of the questions and photos. Replacement or refund will be provided if defective or damaged products are considered.
